Pencil Balance<br>Catapult<br><br>March 28th-April 1st<br><br>We continue to engage in fun and challenging activity; pencil balance; the students are divided into two groups and it requires some kind of planning and experimenting with various designs in an effort to balance a pencil on its tip. <br><br>The second activity; catapult, students work in groups to create a catapult from popsicle sticks. They modify their catapult in order to produce the best launch possible and at the same time they are learning about potential and kinetic energy.<br><br>In addition to this, we also had a nice honor roll ceremony being celebrated outside in a beautiful weather. <br><br>"There can be no great accomplishment without risk." - Neil Armstrong<br><br>Marlon Wynne
