Important Announcement from Student Health Services

Medication Pick-Up Requirements:

• All medications must be collected by a parent or guardian, or sent home on the homegoing bus on the student’s last day of school.

• Exceptions: Medications for students involved with ACCESS, ESY, or AI (June 2025) may remain until the program ends. After completion, medications must be taken home.

Options for Sending Medications Home:

1. Medications can be sent home on the homegoing bus on the student’s last day of school.

2. Alternatively, they can be picked up at the Health Center on the last day of school before 6 PM.

3. If not retrieved, the nursing staff will dispose of any remaining medications and document the disposal as required.
