Ms. Lewis

Hi everyone!

I’m your 6th grade math teacher. I have a teaching certificate and a master’s degree in Deaf Studies and Education. I first came to TSD as part of my graduate school internship and practicum, where I learned a lot from experienced special education teachers and from all the courses I took with my professors.

That experience helped me grow so much—and I discovered how much I love teaching. That’s why I’m still here today, continuing to grow my passion for education!

Along the way, I’ve taken on more responsibilities. I’m now in my second year as assistant coach for the Math Hackers team, and I’m also honored to serve as the 6th Grade Team Leader. I work closely with other teachers, students, and families to help make sure we all have a successful and smooth school year.
