Carlos Mendez

My name is Carlos Mendez and I teach Adult Driver Education, Behind-the-Wheel Driver Training, and Intro Digital Skills. I have taught for 13 years and this will be my eighteen year at Texas School for the Deaf. 

 

My goal for every student who enters my class is that they become independent adult in life and community. My role is to help students develop their abilities and independent skills necessary for the betterment of each individual and to watch them grow to their full potential. 

 

I am looking forward to a great year with an awesome group of young adult students! Again, I welcome all of you, especially those of you who are new to this amazing program. I know we are going to have a great year!
