TFC Housekeeping

The TFC Housekeeping Staff is responsible for cleaning about 545,000 square feet across 48 buildings on the Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) campus. The team works hard each day to keep their assigned areas clean and safe. They also help set up for special events and make sure restrooms and common areas are stocked with paper supplies and cleaning products.

At scheduled times, the Housekeeping Staff completes extra tasks such as stripping and waxing floors. Large events, including Homecoming, require additional time and effort to keep public areas clean and ready for visitors. TSD also makes an effort to save supplies and use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
