New Middle School Academic Intervention Program
This year, we are launching our Middle School Academic Zones program to provide targeted support for students based on their academic progress. Students will be placed in one of three zones — Yellow, Orange, or Red — determined by their grades at progress reports and the end of each quarter.
Each zone offers structured tutoring support and clear expectations to help students improve their performance:

Yellow Zone: For students failing one class; includes weekly tutoring and continued participation in all activities.

Orange Zone: For students failing one class at quarter’s end or two or more classes mid-term; includes tutoring twice a week and full activity participation.

Red Zone: For students failing two or more classes at the end of the quarter or repeating lower zone performance; includes tutoring twice a week and restrictions on games, trips, and leadership roles.
Our goal is to give students the support, accountability, and resources they need to succeed, while keeping families informed and engaged in the process.
