At the conclusion of Ribbon Week, our school’s School Safety and Security Director, Brian Casanova, delivered a meaningful and informative presentation to students and staff. Drawing from his experience as a former APD officer, Mr. Casanova shared real-life, educational stories that highlighted the importance of making safe and responsible choices.
During the presentation, he focused on prevention related to alcohol and drug use, explaining potential risks and long-term consequences while emphasizing personal responsibility and awareness. Mr. Casanova also spoke about general safety, offering practical guidance to help students make informed decisions both on and off campus.
