Schoology Parent Access

Schoology is the online learning platform used to manage classroom instruction, assignments, grades, and communication. It allows teachers to share lesson materials, post updates, and communicate with students and families. Through Schoology Parent Access, parents can stay informed about what their child is learning and monitor academic progress.

Parents can create a Schoology account by visiting schoology.com and selecting Register. When signing up, be sure to choose the Parent option and enter the Parent Access Code provided by the school. This code connects the parent account to the student. Once registered, parents can view their child’s courses, assignments, grades, and teacher announcements.

Families with more than one student can add multiple children to a single parent account using additional access codes. Parents can easily switch between students using the account menu.

Schoology parent accounts are view-only. This means parents can monitor activity but cannot submit assignments or participate in coursework. Students will continue to use their own accounts to complete and submit work.

Please note that Schoology and PowerSchool serve different purposes. PowerSchool is used for official grades, attendance, and student records, while Schoology focuses on daily learning activities and classroom communication.

Parents are encouraged to adjust notification settings to receive updates about assignments, grades, and announcements. Regular use of Schoology helps families stay connected and supports student success.
