Students had the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning when the Austin Energy School Program visited TSD. Through this interactive experience, students explored sustainable transportation and how it connects to equity and environmental justice. They learned about electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and urban planning while considering how transportation choices impact health and the environment. The activities were designed to build real-world connections and relate to our community’s transportation needs.
