Hi Parents of 5/6th Grade Flag Football and Volleyball Student-Athletes,
It is hard to believe that summer is almost over and the start of the school year is just around the corner!
This is a friendly reminder to make sure your child is ready for our flag football or volleyball season.
Your child must be cleared before participating in fall sports by completing all of the following requirements:
- Complete the TSD Online Student Registration for the 2026–2027 school year.
Admissions Department Email: registrar@tsd.texas.gov
- Submit all required physical forms, immunization records, and any necessary medications to the TSD Health Center.
- Health Center Email: health.services@
tsd.texas.gov
- Complete and submit the TAPPS Athletic Physical Forms.

Please note: If your child has not completed all three requirements, she/he will not be eligible to participate in the sports program.

First day of practice (Monday, August 17 ~ 3:30pm to 5:00pm: 2-Day Tryouts on Tues., August 18 and Wed., August 19)
Location: Rives Gym
