Karl Hummel, 6–12 Secondary Program Operations Principal, oversees many of the day-to-day operational and student-support systems across the secondary program. His responsibilities include PBIS, academic interventions, RFI/Tier Review and SST processes, Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports, student IEP services, Student Council and Student Representative Council, support for students transitioning from grades 6–8, budgeting, and selected ARDs.
Megan Scarboro, 6–12 Secondary Program Transition Supervisor, leads transition-focused programming, including the 6–12 Transition Program, Career Team, transition IEPs, graduation requirements and Personal Graduation Plans (PGPs), dual credit, Ranger Press, and multidisciplinary program support for grades 9–12. She also supports budgeting and the Perkins Grant, as well as ARDs involving new students, graduation, transition between eighth and ninth grade, and course-related needs.
Our assistant principals—Camille Albrecht (6–8), Tamara Copeland-Samaripa (9–12), and Christina Hrucki (9–12)—provide direct leadership and support within their respective grade levels. Together, they oversee areas such as grading, curriculum and instructional resources, teacher evaluations and support, student-specific course activities, work experiences and service-learning opportunities, and the implementation of students’ Instructional Program Goals (IPs), accommodations, and modifications. Although each administrator has defined responsibilities, supporting students is a team effort. We encourage students and families to reach out whenever they have questions, need assistance, or are unsure where to begin. Our administrative team is committed to working together to help every student have a successful 2026–27 school year.
