NWEA MAP

Students in 3-12th take NWEA MAP assessments in Math and Reading.  (High School students will also take the Language Usage assessment).  NWEA MAP is a computer adaptive assessment that measures student readiness for Math and Reading skills, it does not assess grade-level mastery.  Students receive a RIT score after each assessment that can be compared across grade levels and can help parents see their child’s growth from year to year.   MAP reports are sent to families along with 1st and 4th quarter report cards.
