Child Development

This course addresses the knowledge and skills related to child growth and development from infant through school-age children. Students will use these skills to promote the well-being and healthy development of children. Students will have the opportunity to take CPR & First Aid Certificate exams.

Lab Fee: $20 for CPR and First Aid Certification Exam

Future Career Possibilities: Teacher, School Counselor, Nanny, Parent Educator, Social Worker, Caregiver, Teacher Assistant, and Daycare Worker
