Where
Texas School for the Deaf

The Texas School for the Deaf’s Homecoming Showdown Fest will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, with related events on October 3–4. Activities include:

  • Athletics: Volleyball matches (Spike Out XXV), Cross Country Meet (National Deaf XC Invitational), and the football game vs. New Mexico School for the Deaf (kickoff at 7:30 PM, Gamblin Field).

  • Festivities: Carnival booths, Heritage Center Museum (10 AM–6 PM), pre-game ceremonies, national anthem, and the introduction of former HC queens and kings.

  • Special Events: TSDAA Annual General Meeting & Hall of Fame Presentation, campus tours, alumni activities, and the crowning of the 2025–26 HC Royalty during halftime.

  • Admission:

    • Saturday only – $20 adults, $15 seniors/students, free for children under 5.

    • Friday/Saturday combo – $50 adults, $40 seniors/students.

    • Saturday (excluding Spike Out) – $20 adults, $15 seniors/students.

  • Shuttle Service: Complimentary buses run from 7:15 AM until 30 minutes after the game from State of Texas Garage N, 300 San Antonio Street. On-campus parking is limited to those with disability permits.
