The survey was created because students have expressed dissatisfaction with some meals. To better understand their preferences, we are collecting feedback on liked and disliked foods. To assist with understanding, videos in ASL accompany each survey question.
For grades without access to electronics, teachers are encouraged to display the questions and record a collective response based on student input. We aim to gather as many individual responses as possible to ensure accurate feedback.
