Chef Cameron Garberoglio
Hi, I’m Chef Cameron Garberoglio, and I’m excited to welcome you to Culinary Arts!
My journey with food began early, growing up in a close-knit Italian family that deeply valued the traditions of cooking and sharing meals together. From a young age, I was immersed in the joy of preparing food and the connection it creates. Eventually, I turned that passion into a career, graduating from culinary school in 2005.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to run restaurants, work in summer camp kitchens, serve as a personal chef, and even own my own sausage making business . Whether plating a fine dining dish, working the line during a busy dinner rush, or waking up at 5 am to feed 100 campers and staff, I’ve learned that food is about teamwork, respect, precision and heart.
As a Culinary Arts teacher, I bring those real-world lessons into the classroom every day. We use the ProStart curriculum, giving students hands-on experience in everything from knife skills and kitchen safety to advanced cooking techniques and hospitality. My goal is to prepare you for success, whether you're pursuing a career in the culinary field or simply building skills for life.
