Hello Rangers!

Hello, my name is Beth Keysear.  I have been a working in the ACCESS program since  2016.  Before moving to Texas, I was as an educational interpreter for 9 years in public schools in Florida and Illinois. I have two B.A. degrees, one in Elementary Education and one in Deaf Education, from MacMurray College. I taught high school at the Illinois School for the Deaf for one year. My husband and I moved to Austin in July of 2016.

My husband and I have three adult children between us, one daughter lives in Colorado and the other daughter and son live in Illinois. Our children are 30, 30, and 27 years old! We are a family of educators. In our family of 6 (including my son-in-law) we have 4 that work in education. Whenever possible, you will find me playing with my dogs, swimming, reading, or entertaining friends. I also love to cook, shop, and travel!

We have two dogs. Skippy is my old man, and Marble is our puppy. They are a handful but keep me very busy.

I love being a Ranger!  Please contact me if I can provide additional support or if you have questions. We are a team and that team includes teachers, staff, students, parents, employers...
