Social Media Directory

There are many social media accounts connected to the Texas School for the Deaf (TSD). Some are official, and others are not. The Social Media Task Force asks anyone who wants their account to be officially connected to TSD to register by sending a request to [email protected].

Important Notice About TikTok

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) has labeled TikTok as a banned technology on state-owned devices. Because of this, Texas School for the Deaf does not allow TikTok to be installed on any TSD-owned device or used on any device connected to the TSD network.

TSD will also not approve or recognize any social media accounts that use TikTok. Any account that relies on TikTok will not be considered for official affiliation with TSD. In addition, TSD employees and students may not use TikTok as part of any official TSD account.
