The Texas Facilities Commission monitors, repairs, and provides preventative maintenance, to all 48 buildings at TSD. As a Texas State Agency, we closely maintain the temperature on campus in the ranges recommended by the Texas Department of State Health Services:
The Texas Facilities Commission monitors, repairs, and provides preventative maintenance, to all 48 buildings at TSD. As a Texas State Agency, we closely maintain the temperature on campus in the ranges recommended by the Texas Department of State Health Services:
During the cooling season: 72 degrees through 76 degrees
During the heating season: 70 degrees through 75 degrees
(these temperatures should be within 2 degrees plus or minus)
Our goal is to maintain a comfortable temperature in all learning and working environments on campus. Should you be experiencing temperatures outside these ranges, please enter a Work Request online.
